Carlos was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. His family moved to the DFW area when he was four years old, and he has been living in Lewisville ever since. Carlos is proud to call Lewisville his home, and has deepened his roots in the community by raising his own family here. He came up through the local public schools and is a proud Fighting Farmer. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international studies just up I-35 at the University of North Texas, and now works at a nonprofit in Dallas.
